Remove barriers for developers to create multi-dwelling structures & residential neighbourhoods, and expand the development of land for small businesses.
Waterloo Region is growing, and we must ensure we have enough space to compensate for this - building upward can often be a more affordable venture, but we must balance that with residential spaces for suburban neighbourhoods, and small businesses to grow in.
