Increase representative sampling when surveying citizens and develop a benchmark system to ensure sample sizes are large enough and demographically unbiased
Encourage active participation in community responses through sponsored campaigns with local businesses, schools, municipal events
Many decisions are made in this region by relying on survey results with significant limitations in sample size and biases - often times survey results are collected and subsequently ignored by the region. We need to improve our data collection capacity and ensure we promote engagement by partnering more with community leaders.
